Payment FAQ
How does the payment process work?
- Timeline — Net-30. Revenue earned in a given month is paid out 30 days after month-end, once you cross the minimum threshold.
- Processing — Allow a few extra business days for bank wires to clear (PayPal is typically same-day).
- Submission — Invoices, if required for your account type, must be sent to the official email address provided in your documentation so they're tracked in our system.

What information is required to get paid?
- Bank Wire — Account holder name, bank name & address, SWIFT/IBAN, account number, and country.
- PayPal — Just your PayPal-registered email address.

Can I be paid as an individual?
Yes. If you don't have a company:
- Enter your full name in the "Company Name" field on your Settings → General tab.
- EU members — If you don't have a VAT number, enter "none". You're not required to register one just for AppLixir.
Do I only get paid for completed views?
No. Most advertisers pay if a viewer watches at least 25% of the video. Your users do not need to watch the entire ad for you to earn revenue. That said, completion rate is still the most important quality signal — see the Reporting FAQ.
What is the minimum payout threshold?
The standard minimum is $100 USD. If your earnings are below this, they roll over to the next month until the threshold is reached.
Who covers the transaction fees?
Standard bank wire fees (often around $25) and PayPal percentage fees are deducted from the final payout amount. International transfers may also incur intermediary "lifting fees" depending on your bank's correspondent network. Check your dashboard for any specific fees disclosed before payout.
How often can I submit an invoice?
Invoices are submitted monthly once the previous month's earnings are finalized and the minimum threshold is met.
What happens if my payment is rejected or returned?
If a payment fails because of incorrect bank details, a return fee (often $25) may be applied. Email support@applixir.com immediately if you suspect an issue.
Are there any restricted countries for payments?
AppLixir pays globally, subject to international banking sanctions. If your country is restricted by major payment processors (PayPal, SWIFT corridors), contact support@applixir.com to discuss alternatives.
