What is my revenue potential?
Revenue potential varies based on three main factors:
- Geographic location — Where your players are. Tier-1 markets (US, UK, CA, AU, DE) earn the highest CPMs.
- Unique visitors / DAU — More traffic means more impressions and stronger demand signals.
- Ad inventory & format — Rewarded video consistently outperforms display.
AppLixir typically delivers a fill rate around 85% with an average CPM of $4+ — well above the $0.50–2 industry average for web display ads.

How much money can I expect to make?
Revenue depends on platform, country mix, placement, and DAU. DAU is the biggest driver.
Typical revenue is $6–12 USD per 1,000 video starts, depending on country mix.
Quick benchmark:
- 100K DAU with 1 rewarded view per session at $8 CPM → roughly $24K / month
- 1M DAU with the same engagement → ~$240K / month
These are illustrative — actual revenue depends on completion rate, frequency, and demand.
Do I get paid on completed video view?
Not entirely. Most advertisers pay if the video is watched at least 25% — the user doesn't have to finish the whole ad for you to earn revenue.
That said, completion rate is still the strongest quality signal. High completion (typically 80–90%+) shows demand that your placement is well-designed, which lifts eCPMs over time.
Where do I see my reports and statistics?
Sign in at client.applixir.com and click Reports. You'll see ad requests, impressions, fill rate, eCPM, and revenue — filterable by date, site, and country.
Reports refresh throughout the day with minor settling overnight as invalid traffic is filtered out.

Payment
How does the payment process work?
AppLixir runs on a Net-30 payment schedule. Revenue earned in a given month is released 30 days after month-end, provided your balance has crossed the $100 USD minimum.
- Bank transfer — Allow a few business days for the wire to clear
- PayPal — Typically same-day

What information is required to get paid?
Bank Wire
- Bank name and address
- SWIFT / BIC / IBAN (or domestic routing)
- Account holder name, number, and address
PayPal
- Your PayPal-registered email
First payout also requires a tax form — W-9 for US publishers, W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E for non-US.

Can I be paid as an individual?
Yes. Two small differences vs. company accounts:
- Company name field — Enter your full legal name instead.
- EU members — VAT number only required if you already have one. Enter "none" otherwise.
Ads & Inventory
What types of video ads do you serve?
About 80% of our inventory is brand advertising — ads that build awareness rather than push installs or actions. The remaining ~20% may include performance ads (CPI / CPA), but we try to minimize cross-promotion of other games or apps in your inventory.
Do you serve CPA, CPI, or CPV ads?
Yes, all three pricing models:
- CPV (Cost-Per-View) — Pays per view. Majority of our inventory.
- CPA (Cost-Per-Action) — Pays when a user takes a specific action.
- CPI (Cost-Per-Install) — Pays on install.
In practice most rewarded inventory is brand CPV.
Can I filter out certain types of ads?
AppLixir's network-wide content policy already blocks gambling, violence, politics, and hate speech — these never reach your inventory.

Placement & Setup
Can I cap how many videos a user sees per day?
Yes. Frequency capping is implemented on your side via the SDK integration. Typical patterns:
- Session cap — 3–5 rewarded videos per session
- Daily cap — Track view count per user (localStorage or backend)
- Cooldown — 2–5 minutes between availabilities

What's the best way to place video ads in a game?
Rewarded placements yield significantly higher eCPMs than non-rewarded. Strong opportunities:
- Game Over / Failure — "Watch to Continue" or "Revive"
- Level Complete — "Double Your Reward"
- Store Entry — "Free Daily Currency" in exchange for a view
- Idle Pauses — Optional bonus content
