Onboarding & Approval
AppLixir runs a lightweight qualification flow before enabling production ad serving. You can keep testing with your API key the entire time — approval is only required for live, revenue-generating traffic.
The flow
- Sign up at client.applixir.com/register and verify your email.
- Add a site to your dashboard. You'll get an API key for testing right away.
- Click "Complete Application" on the site row. This opens a short onboarding form (about 1 minute).
- Under Review — our team reviews your site, typically within one business day.
- Approved — production ad serving turns on. Revenue starts accruing in the Reports section.
What the qualification form covers
The form asks for a few details that help us evaluate fit and route you to the right inventory:
- Monthly traffic — rough range (under 100K, 100K–1M, 1M–5M, 5M+)
- Current ad setup — Google Ad Manager (GAM), AdSense, other networks, or none
- GAM account — whether you have a Google Ad Manager account today
- Timeline — ASAP, within 30 days, or just exploring
There are no wrong answers — these inputs help our team prepare the right onboarding for you.
After approval
Once approved, you'll see:
- Approved badge on your site row
- Production ad calls start serving immediately (no SDK redeploy needed)
- Revenue accrues in your Reports
- Payout is enabled — make sure to add your bank or PayPal details
Common questions
Can I integrate before I'm approved? Yes. Use your API key in sandbox / test mode while you wait. The same API key works for production once approved.
What if my application gets declined? We'll reach out by email with the reason and any next steps. Most declines come from a traffic mismatch (very low DAU) — we can often suggest alternative paths.
How long does review take? Typically one business day. Email support@applixir.com if you need an update.
