Simple HTML 5 Integration Example - Play an ad on click of a button

Refer to the example files attached below. 

It is a simple example of integrating a HTML 5 application with the AppLixir SDK. The application loads the reward video ad on the click of a button. 

How to use the example:

1. Download the zip file and extract. Alternatively, download the files applixir.border.css and basic-example.html file. 

2. Host the files on the server.

3. Run the application from the browser.
